ON STEREOGRAPHIC SEMICIRCULAR EXPONENTIATED INVERTEDWEIBULL MODEL

Abstract

From the existing life testing linear distributions a good number of Circular models were
developed using a variety of techniques like wrapping, inverse stereographic projections, rising
sun function etc. In this Paper a new Semicircular model called Stereographic Semicircular
Exponentiated Inverted Weibull Distribution is constructed using the method of inverse
stereographic projection. The Probability density function, Cumulative density function,
Characteristic function, Trigonometric moments and population characteristics for the new
Stereographic Semicircular Exponentiated Inverted Weibull Distribution are studied.
